Many decisions are made daily within employment programs. Managers and supervisors need information readily available to make informed decisions regarding program operations, leading to successful employment and career outcomes for people with disabilities. This three-part series will teach participants how to embrace the use of information and data as an integral part of their program in a way that maximizes effectiveness and efficiency.
Participants will learn to:
-Understand the vital use of information and data in today’s outcome-oriented world
-Identify the critical measures for program success
-Use an array of tools for collection of quantitative and qualitative information for outcome measurement and the identification of areas for program enhancements
-Incorporate data and information within day-to-day program operations to promote critical thinking and an atmosphere of continuous learning and improvement
Sessions are offered one day each month to allow attendees to apply the information learned between sessions. Participants are expected to attend all three days of training.
Trainers available for 1:1 consult sessions on each workshop day.
Audience: Disability/employment professional
