Lara Enein-Donovan, MA, has extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation currently as the Program Coordinator of the ICI Employment Services Program, as a vocational program supervisor and an employment specialist performing job development, job coaching, career exploration, and counseling. Lara has presented locally, nationally and internationally on topics related to disability and employment. Lara provides technical assistance and individualized training to provider agencies.  She has co-authored a number of articles and publications on the topic of employment and disability, including a journal publication on employment staff competencies. Lara has been awarded the Leadership in Supported Employment award by both the national and MA state chapter of APSE.
