Melanie Jordan, B.S., is a Training & TA Specialist at ICI. She has over twenty-five years of diverse direct human service experience, working with individuals with a wide range of disabilities.  Her activities at ICI include product development and publication writing; staff training and consultation; and national conference presentations, all with a focus on employment of persons with disabilities. She has developed curriculum and coordinated training activities across a variety of grants, and has held leadership roles in employment service demonstration projects focusing on issues related to public assistance, housing and college-to-career for women with disabilities.  Along with previous responsibilities providing job development, job coaching and case management services, Melanie has also worked in the areas of special education, residential services, family support, and elder protective services.
